This was our first purchase of a van from Herts Motors and it could not have gone more smoothly. From our initial visit just to view the vehicles, we were warmly welcomed and allowed to wander around and look at the vehicles ourselves. When we did have a few questions Kevin was at hand to answer them and his knowledge of commercial vehicles is second to none. We decided on the vehicle that we wanted and it was ready and waiting at the time we had agreed to collect. The paperwork was done in minutes and we are over the moon with the vehicle. Bought a van from here a few weeks ago and am well pleased not only with the van but with the customer care I received. Not only did they go out of there way to make sure the van was ready for me within two days despite the seats needing to be shampooed etc but the owner even arranged for me to get an extra key from Citroen on the original warranty. As the van came with only one key this was very handy I hadnâ€™t asked about it so for them to arrange it for me with no prompting I felt was a nice touch. Would definitely buy another van from them and would recommend them to anyone that asks me.

Following the recent purchase of a Peugeot van, I would highly recommend Herts Motors Ltd. The vehicle was clean, properly checked, warrantied and the service received was very efficient. From the moment you walk into Herts Motors you are given excellent personal customer service. I have used this company on more than one occasion to buy vans for my work, and I am delighted with the way I have been treated.
